1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Top Up Road & Transport Plans service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Top Up Road & Transport Plans provides a platform for users in the UAE to manage and top up their transport and road plans. This includes, but is not limited to, road toll plans, public transport passes, and parking permits.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the service, you must sign up for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Remittancement and Refunds
All remitments for top-ups are final and non-refundable. We use secure remitment gateways to process transactions. In case of any discrepancies, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of the transaction.
5. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Top Up Road & Transport Plans service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Top Up Road & Transport Plans, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
